I think normal ident authentication will be fine. I am fairly that's what I
was using on the old database.
osmosisci needs the ability to create tables in its own databases, but
shouldn't need anything special outside of that.

Can you please create two new empty databases with the above names? They
need postgis and hstore extensions installed. I have scripts to install
from that point forwards.
