[OSM-Devserver] Cron taking 50% CPU

Everything looks normal now.

But when I wrote the email, cron itself was taking 50% in addition to
tagwatch. With top I can see it consumed nearly 4 hours of CPU time.
 5481 root      20   0 42056  792  724 S    0  0.0 255:13.15
cron

For comparison: On Errol, cron uses less that 1 second per day.
