[OSM-Devserver] non self-explanatory process names will be killed!

Hello,

currently there are quite a lot of strange script and process names. This is
very bad especially if they use lots of resources and I don't know what they
are needed for.

So in future I will kill any process which is called run.sh, run.pl, a.out
or simular bullshit!
