Das wurde auch in Bremen mitten in der Stadt gemappt. Ein Schelm, wer einen tieferen Sinn darin sucht ;-)</p>

Der stellt wirklich jeden Mist dar, und manche Leute finden es einfach cool, wenn sie die Karte entsprechend färben können.</p>

<p style=" margin-top:0px; margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; -qt-block-indent:0; text-indent:0px; -qt-user-state:0;">Landuse=village_green ist schon deshalb Blödsinn, weil es sich um ein Wohngebiet handelt, das eben großräumig als landuse=residential korrekt bezeichnet würde. Die Grünfläche hat nichts mit großräumiger Nutzung zu tun, sondern ist nur eine Oberflächenbedeckung außerhalb der Büsche, Zäune und Hecken, die natürlich dann auch gemappt werden müssten. Als Oberflächendecker käme, wenn unbedingt nötig, dann landcover=grass infrage, der einem landuse nicht im Wege steht.</p>

Das Hauptproblem ist neben der Tatsache, dass Mapnik diesen Unsinn in nahezu allen Zoomstufen anzeigt, der Umstand, dass da ganze Stadtviertel mit Garten überzogen werden, es sich aber in Wahrheit um eine Kette von Einzelgärten handelt. Wenn schon, dann richtig.</p>

<p style=" margin-top:0px; margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; -qt-block-indent:0; text-indent:0px; -qt-user-state:0;">Aber angesichts des Radwegeunsinns, der in Lübeck ja auch genauso wie in Haumburg um sich greift und ebenso auf die unzureichenden Darstellungsfähigkeiten unseres Standardrenderers zurückzuführen ist, lehne ich mich nur noch zurück und warte, bis die Presse irgendwann anfangen wird, uns durch den Kakao zu ziehen. Als Referenz für osm benutze ich Mapnik schon länger nicht mehr.</p>

Aber ein Freund von Mapnik bin ich schon länger nicht mehr. Zum Probieren und zur Übersicht ja, als Aushängeschild dagegen vollständig ungeeignet.</p>
