[C3] rC3 ticket shop open

Hi,

just a quick note for those of you who don't read the #general rocket channel
[1], it seems that the rC3 ticket shop [2] is at least somewhat officially [3]
open now :).

And in case anybody wants to do a last minute submission for the OIO CfP [1]:
It's still open for a couple more minutes, i.e. until 2020-Nov-23 23:42.
