[Bremen] Problem mit dem Tag "mandatory"

Das Tag "mandatory" wurde für cycle lanes = Radfahrstreifen im Vereinigten Königreich eingeführt. Und da besteht die Pflicht nur darin, dass Motorfahrzeuge sie nicht befahren dürfen,
 
siehe Zitat aus der Seite der <a href=http://www.camcycle.org.uk/newsletters/40/article15.html>Cambridge Cycling Campaign</a> :

"Mandatory cycle lanes

So what's a mandatory cycle lane, then? Now the first thing to stress is that the term 'mandatory' refers to motorists, not to cyclists. It means that it is mandatory that motorists keep out of a mandatory cycle lane. It does not mean that it is mandatory that cyclists keep in the lane."

Britische mandatory cycle lanes dürfen also mit anderen Fahrzeugen als Fahrrädern nicht befahren werden, ohne das die Radfahrer sie benutzen müssten.

Das entspricht also nicht dem Status von Radfahrstreifen und benutzungspflichtigen Radwegen in Deutschland, sondern dem Status deutscher Radwege ohne Benutzungspflicht.
